Be a good Landlord

When we thought of a landlord a picture of rude, self-centred, egoistic personality came into mind. But in reality only few of them justify that personality in their lives. They pretended complex in front of you because of in-secure property feeling.  They are hand over their property but freighted on loss. What if you broke the ceiling, or damage pipe-line? It is not about repairing things but attachment with home.
So I am sharing some Good Landlord tips, which will make your Tenants understand, what is meant of your Angry Landlord Mood-

Tenants support

A landlord should show care and support of their Tenants in any terms. A water pump can damage due to electric short circuit or a water jet can destroy some flowers in garden that does not they did it knowingly. Then instead of showing anger, take it easy and say ‘No problem’. It will make them understand your value and genuinely they will not do anything wrong that can make you angry.

Take care of securities

Security should be priority for any landlord. Never make your Tenants feel like they are not in safe zone. Give them access of main door for any emergency. Even when you heard any kind of unnecessary noise around go first there and clarify the situation if anything wrong.

Proper formalities

Being a landlord it is your responsibility to check each of documents required on the time of verification of your Tenants. It will surely impact on Tenants, how you do it and they will believe your responsibility as a landlord.

Medical help

If your Tenants is not feeling good or unhealthy, meet them and offer medical check-ups or take them to hospital. If you can manage some time for your Tenants, they will also be helpful for you in small cause also.

Happy to Help

Small help can also bring a lot difference. Offering them lift for market or way to their destination, helping them in search of anything in local like good market or restaurant. This deeds build a relationship between you and tenants.

Be part of each other celebration

Do you ever missed a festivals like Christmas with family? How did it feel? Tenants may feel for the same. Invite them into your celebrations and also be part of their parties.
Sharing happiness always build a strong relations.

Tenants are not only a business deal. They are also human being. Be good and treated good.
